Creative Thinking

Description:

Innovation starts with people, and fresh ideas are hard to come by if we are caught up in habitual thinking and long held patterns of working. This course will encourage you to rediscover your creative self with tools, tips and tricks to help you think differently and see challenges as opportunities. Over the course of this interactive digital workshop, you’ll learn why we lose our creative spark and discover practical ways to get it back.

Participants will:

  • Develop an understanding of the principles of creative thinking and what helps and
  • hinders the process.
  • Gain insight into the science of creativity and where fresh ideas come from.
  • Explore common barriers to creative thinking.
  • Try out a range of creative tools and techniques that can be applied to any situation.

Trainer – Linda and Alex  from Leading Ideas who have worked with a range of clients including Libraries Taskforce, British Council, BBC and Channel 4.
