This course is aimed at Clinical/NHS/Outreach/Research librarians working with staff such as researchers who wish to write for publication. 

At the end of this course participants will be able:

• To define the timeline of writing support
• To explore alternative modes of providing writing support
• To share best practice
• To develop a plan to better support staff within the workplace

Maria has over 20 years teaching and undertaking research in the higher education sector. As a freelance consultant her time is spent providing training on all aspects of writing, writing and editing texts, and working toward completion of her PhD on how individuals acquire the skills to write for publication.
