During 2020 Library and Knowledge teams have adapted their services in many ways - one example of this is in the delivery of information skills training.

We are interested to see how your delivery of information skills training has changed as a consequence of COVID-19.  In particular, we would like to see how you are delivering virtual training and whether there are opportunities for sharing good practice.

By virtual training we are referring to live online sessions delivered through technologies accessed through the desktop or mobile device rather than face-to-face.

We are running a short survey across the north and would really appreciate it if you could let us know your thoughts – the survey can be found here.
